Aramark Workers at Ford World Headquarters Ratify New Contract

Congratulations to RWDSU Local 665 members who work for Aramark in the Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan! These workers stood strong together and recently ratified a new three-year agreement. The new contract includes a 5% wage increase in year one, with 4% wage increases in the second and third years of the agreement. Workers also won a longevity pay increase, 12 paid holidays, and 5 personal days. Significantly, there was no increase in healthcare costs and both full- and part-time workers will be eligible for the RWDSU Pension Fund.
